 Expo 2k19, which is also known as Open House is held at my school, SMPK 1 BPK PENABUR at 6th-7th of September, it is held for 2 days because we want other people from divergent schools, family and friends to come and visit us. There were many various types of attractions, such as cinema, photo booth, food stalls and many more The 8th DCP grade had decided to make a photo booth and a game booth. But before fun starts, all the 8th grader boys must perform, we used gallons as our instrument.

At the 1st day, we must be at school by 7:30, it really sucks that i must go to school, because in that time i was having a fever. So when i stepped in the class which we are assigned, i saw few people decorating and put final touches to the photo booth, while the rest were just playing video games in the PS4. When the clock strikes 8.30, we were forced to leave the classroom, because everyone must participate or watch the ceremony. First, the gallon show, then it Bu Hartati made a little speech and the expo event officially starts.

While everyone started playing and taking pictures throwing balls at each other, i just layed at the ball pit trying to take a small nap, but sadly i cant, because it was really noisy and some people throw balls at me. When my friends invited me to take a picture with them, i stood right up and went to the photo booth. After all the pictures that we took, i talked with my friends about a lot of stuffs until 12, then i went to have a little stroll around the school with a few of my friends to keep me stay awake as i am barely alive.

The second day was similar to the first day, as i was still a bit sick, so i just rest for awhile, and i played video games with my friends. After playing, me and my friends went the 7a and b booth, which is a cinema, the movie that was playing in the moment is called Shazam, a superhero movie, i recommend that movie a 6/10, because it was quite boring as i already watched it before with my family. Then, we went home feeling tired and lazy.

So... overall, i recommend you to go expo, if u did not join this year's expo, then u should come next year! It is a really fun event, as many people came so we could interact with them and play together, and we could take photos. Holiday 2K19

                                            HOLIDAY 2K19

The minute we arrived at Bali, me and my family were astonished by the beauty of the scenery as it was like paradise i knew that i could stay there forever. When we checked in our hotel,Condrad we went to our rooms and leaved our backs. We were all so hungry and exhausted after the flight, so we went out to eat dim sum, a style of a Chinese cuisine, after packing our-self with a delicious meal, we went to back to hotel as we need rest because we need energy.

The second day, we went to Water boom, a water park filled with amusing and thrilling rides, we spent more than 6 hours there, it was a very fun experience that i could never forget. After that fun experience, we went back to our hotel to rest, because we were really exhausted. Then we went to a beach in front of our hotel, it was not nice, as it was so dirty.

The next day, we went out for lunch and it ribs at a restaurant called Nuris, I really recommend you to try it, because the ribs are really tasty and juicy, then we strolled around the area, we found a lot of shops and super markets. When we arrived at the hotel, me and my cousins played a mobile game called PUBG,an online multiplayer game battle royale.

The next day, we went to the airport at 5 a.m in the morning, because our flight was at 6.30 p.m. Even though it was a short holiday, i really enjoyed it, as we could spend quality time with our family. I would recommend you to go to Bali, there are so many things you could do like going to the beach, water parks and many more! I hope you guys like my blog and may God bless us all!

   

Easter

                                                   Easter

Easter, or also called Pascha or Resurrerection Sunday, is a holiday or a festival to celebrate the ressurection of Jesus from the dead. Most Christians refers to the week before Easter as "Holy Week". We also celebrate Good Friday, to respect the crucifixion and the death of Jesus Christ. Many people celebrates Easter by going to Church, because they want to ask for forgiveness, as everyone ever make a sin.

I went to my church, Kathedral, too respect and to commerate the death of Jesus Christ. The service was approximately about 2 hours, which is from 9-11, even though it was already really late, many people still come to the church. Only at this time, the church will be all black and will be very silent, for the people to concentrate in their prayers.

After the service, i was really tired and exhausted, so i went back home and i sleep afterwards. In my opinion, i like going to church at 9p.m. even though it was exhausting, because it is less crowded than usual and it is fun. Presidential Election

 Presidential Election 2019, was held at Wednesday, 17 April 2019, President Jokowi has declared victory in the presidential election in Indonesia, 2019. But his opponent has also claimed victory while also complaining" Wide SpreadCheating", what is wide spread cheating? what prabowo means by wide spreadcheating is that he paid a few people to vote for him, even though, the person did not want to pick him, but just for the money, maybe because the person needs money for food, or for his family.

On Thursday, unconfirmed results based on the vote's on Wednesday's election pointed out that Jokowi and his partner Amin had won the election with a 55.88 percent vote and his rival, Prabowo,a formal general, with a 44.12 percent vote. The unconfirmed posters have been proved to be accurate, but the real results would not be be announced until 22 May 2019.

Prabowo was caught cheating and has said that his team had evidence of Prabowo cheating, and has claimed to won based on internal polling.

PUBG(PlayerUnknown's Battle Ground) is an online multiplayer batte royal game created and published by a company PUBG Corporation, a Korean video game company. PUBG mobile was first released at March 23, 2017. There are currently four maps in PUBG, which are: Erangel, Miramar, Sanhok and the newest one is called Vikendi. We could choose whether to play solo, duo or squads. The total amount of people in the game is usually 100 people. Pubg's first collaboration was with a famous DJ and Record producer named Allan Walker.

I really recommend you guys to try this fun game, because you can play it with your friends and family, and this game is really addicting, because in this game you got ranks, which is Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Ace, Conqueror, it will be fun because as your rank goes up, a more valuable price will be yours to keep! You could even compete with your friends by having a higher rank. You should tell your friends and family to try playing PUBG.

Disney Land

Disneyland park, originally Disney Land, was the first two theme parks that was build at the Disney Land Resort in Anaheim, California, which was opened on July 17,1995. The person who first started it all was called Walt Disney, an American entrepreneur, animator, voice actor, and film producer who was born at Chicago,Illinois,U.S at 1901, he died at December 15, 1966 because he had lung cancer. Disney holds the the world record for most Academy Awards earned by himself.

Disney land's theme was about fairy tales, it is a very big theme park, it consists of many roller coasters, food stalls, boots for taking photos, and much more! When i visited Disney Land, i could call it my paradise, because there was thrilling, fun, intense roller coasters, and the food there is very delicious and it was a decorated nicely and it is very creative, the workers there were all friendly, polite, it was also very clean.

In my opinion, you should try visiting Disney land, because it will be an unforgettable and exciting moment for you and also your family, i will rate Disney Land a 10/10, for its cleanliness, its kind and polite workers, and its thrilling, fun, intense roller coaster. Sydney Opera House

Australia Flag

Australia is a country and a continent that is surrounded by the Indian and Pacific ocean. It's capital city is called Canberra. Australia's famous cities are Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and many more.

The country's famous icon is the Opera House, which is located in Sydney.

Koala 

There are a few types of animals that we can only see in Australia such as kangaroo, koala, tasmanian devil, platypus and more. I had an opportunity to go to Taronga Zoo in Sydney. The fun part was that we could interact with the kangaroos and fed them. We could also pet the koala. I found them so cute! 

Mount Buller

I also had the chance to visit Mount Buller a few years back. Mount Buller is a resort village known for it's downhill ski slopes and terrain parks. We had to take a bus to reach Mount Buller from Melbourne. The journey was taking a few hours, but the scenery along the trip was breathtaking.

Arriving in the mountain, we had to rent ski boots and other snow apparels. I had my first skiing lesson in Mount Buller. It was a really fun memorable experience, because we could interact with the Australians and snow.

I also visited Gold Coast, a city that is filled with entertainment places. I went to a theme park, Movie World. There were so many thrilling rides and intense rides. It was so windy when i visited the place. Overall i liked the theme park. I also visited a mini golf place, which was also my first time playing golf, it was a really fun activity to do with family

United States of America(USA), is a country which consists of 50 states, a federal district, five major self-governing territories, and various possessions. USA is the world's third largest country in the world, it's national anthem is called Star Spangled Banner, this song was made by a 35 year old lawyer and amateur poet, Francis Scott Key after observing the bombardment of Fort McHenry by British ships of the Royal Navy during the battle of Baltimore.

I personally liked Los Angeles the most, as it is a very beautiful place and there are so many tourist attractions such as Universal Studios, Disney Land, The Hollywood Walk Of Fame, the Hollywood Sign, and so much more to be discovered, i also recommend you guys to go to Las Vegas, it is an internationally renowned major resort city, known primarily for its gambling, shopping, fine dining, entertainment, and nightlife. The Las Vegas Valley as a whole serves as the leading financial, commercial, and cultural center for Nevada.

The food in America also known as the Western Cuisine are very delicious, the all time favorite for me are the burgers and french fries, it is a very simple meal, but a very tasty food to crave.

Singapore Trip 2019

Husein International Aiport

On the 22nd of February, the DCP(Dual Certificate Program)is having an overseas field trip to Singapore which was also known as the Lion City in Tamil. According to the Malay's history, a Sumatran prince known as Sang Nila Utama arrived on Temasek, which is Singapore's old name, and he saw an lion, which was 'Singa' in Malay.

It was 10:30 when we all must be gathered in the airport, as known as Husein International Airport. This day was pretty boring because, after the flight to Singapore, we checked into our hostel, then have dinner in a food court which was in front of the school. The food there was very delicious and it was cheap. After eating we went back to our dorm, then we went to sleep.

Vivo City

On the 2nd day, we went to USS at 09:00, it was the best experience because we could spend our time with our friends for 8 hours! After that wonderful experience we have dinner at Vivo city, we went to the food court, because we are trying to save money as much as possible as it is still the 2nd day. I ate chicken curry, it was cheap and delicious. We strolled around the mall after eating, then we went back to the dorm.

City Harvest Church

On the 3rd day, we went to City Harvest Church from 10:00-12:00, and the journey going there was about an hour. Overall i liked the service, because it was like an concert, all the people who perform sings like an angel, and there were a lot of people there waving their hands. After the service, we went to Suntec City for lunch, and we had free time there too. 3 hours later, we decided to go to Orchard Road, because everyone was really bored at Suntec City. At 19:00-20:00, we went back to our hostel, then we sleep because we we are very exhausted.

Anglo Chinese School(Indipendent)

On the 4th day, we went to our school(ACSI), which is really boring, because the teacher did not really welcome us, but overall i really like the school, because the school's facilities is very nice, especially the running field. We were all dismissed at 13:00 and we have lunch in their canteen, i really like the foods there, because there is prata, which is really good and it is affordable. After lunch, we went to Bugis junction until 20:00, then we went back to the dorm, then we sleep.

On the 5th day, we went to school at 07:00-13:00, then we had lunch. This day was the funnest, because we went to Orchard Road from 16:00-20:00. We went to a Bape store, a japanese clothing shop, then we went to Mandarin Mall to eat dinner. We went back to our dorm and get ready to sleep.

J Cube Mall

Science Center Singapore

On the 6th day, we went our school from 07:00-13:00, i liked today school because we could go to the library, i forget to mention that the library was so huge and we could do anything there. After school we went to a Science Center for 2 hours. I really liked the Science Center, because the place is very interesting and it wad huge, what i likd the most about the Science Center was the mirror maze, because it wad really fun and i am almost got lost! After all that fun, we went to J Cube Mall, which was really near to the Science Center, we did nothing there, because the time given to play was a short time, and we waited on of our friends to eat at KFC. When we went back to our hostel, we immediately we to sleep.

Marina Bay Sands

On the 7th day, we went to school from 07:00-13:00. Then, we went to Marina Bay Sands. It was a fun experience, because we could go to a mall, which was really huge, then i could buy a pair of shoe. After that we went back because it was already 08:30. When we weent back we packed our bags and cleaned the whole entire room, and we played games until 11:00.

On the last day, we went straight to the airport which was a 1 hour drive. When we arrived at the airport. After checking in our luggage, we went to our plane and flew back to Indonesia safely. When we arrived at Indonesia we were really exhausted and we went back home.

Overall i really like this trip, because we can with our friends overseas and the malls and schools there was a 10\10 and the streets are really clean. I hope you enjoyed this blog and i hope you have a wonderful day ahead of you!

Maksi 2019

Maksi( Malam Aksi) is an event that was held by our school, also known as SMPK BPK 1 PENABUR. Maksi is an event where students could show their talents to everyone. But this year's Maksi event was about Different types of Indonesian Culture. This event was held at Universitas Kristen Maranatha, the time was from 18:00-20:00.

There were different types of performances like: hip hop, traditional dances, and acting. There are 2 different types of seats, Regular seats which is 75.000, and VIP seats, which is 100.000.

Brawl Stars

Me and my friends choose the Regular ticket.

Overall i think that the performance was a 8\10,

Hip Hop

because it is was an very fun show to be honest, and there is also a hip hop part, which gave me goosebumps, because the background and all was perfectly in sync, the performers was well trained. I also played Brawl Star, a mobile video game which was fun.

I don't regret going, because we could meet our friends, we also could watch a performance. That is all for me, i hope you enjoyed my blog!

Chinese New Year

Chinese New Year/Lunar New Year is a Chinese festival which celebrates at the beginning of a new year on the traditional Chinese calendar. In 2019 the first day of the Chinese New Year was at the 5th of February, which represents the Year of the Pig. It is also celebrated in other countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia.

We must avoid taking medicine, or he/she will get ill for the rest of the year. Do not sweep/ take out the garbage as it represents dumping out our luck /good fortune from the house. Do not eat porridge and meat for breakfast because it is considered only poor people have porridge. Do not wash clothes and hair, as the first two days is considered the birthday of Shuishen( The god of water), hair must not be washed at the first day of Chinese New Year because when translated to Chinese language hair(发) has the same pronunciation as fa in fachai(发财),  which means to be wealthy, so that is why we do not want someone to wash someone's fortune away.

I personally like Chinese New Year, because we get to have angpao, and we could see the lion dance and the dragon dance. Me and my family went to Jakarta by train for my New Year Celebration, because my great grandma lives there. When we arrived we immediately went to my great grandma's house and we had a feast together, the food was very good, we ate dumplings, fish, noodles, and oranges, as it could increase our wealth, an increase in prosperity, happiness.

After the feast, we went back to Bandung, overall i liked the visit, because we get to see our family, cousins, we also get to go to other city, wishing you a loving and a prosperous year! Hope you enjoy my blog!
